  Very good food for the pricing. Not disappointed at all. Bought the nachos appetizer for $15. Family of four total price came to $60. Food portions were huge. Worth every cent!!!

  Ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger wanted white cheese. Asked our waitress Kelly if they had any she said Swiss so I said great I'll take Swiss. It came with cheddtar I know cooks sometimes make mistakes. Just told Kelly I received wrong cheese she started arguing with me could not believe it. Kelly said you didn't order Swiss I said yes I did. I asked Kelly if she remembered our conversation about white cheese Kelly said yes. I figured she must have problems about writing down orders so I asked Kelly to just take it off our bill. Kelly asked if I wanted the manager I said no just wanted the cheddar cheese bacon burger off our bill. Manager came very nice told her I ordered Swiss cheese got cheddar ( did not tell her how nasty Kelly had been to me wanting to argue about me asking for Swiss cheese) which I still can't believe the tables on both sides of us could hear her. Will not go back to Rainforest been going there for years took my kids there when they were young. My family is large we usually have 15 of us today only 4. None from now on if you get Kelly don't order anything other then how it. Comes you will not get it and she will ruin your dining experience.

  Although we were able to get a table relatively quickly as the Disney park was closing it's not very good eating. The menu is extremely basic and I believe they spent more money on making it look like a rainforest then on a restaurant. But still the kids loved it so there...

  I've been coming here once a year for over a decade now. This restaurant is always part of my Disney vacation. The food is not so great by any means but the atmosphere to me is really cool. I usually just order the same thing, either just an appetizer tray or coconut shrimp, that's pretty good and it's been consistent. They have a children's menu that is pretty good too and has quite a few different options. I do have the Disney dinning plan but just pay out of pocket here, because this restaurant is cheaper than the other table service restaurants in magic kingdom or other resorts that I prefer to go to. You can use a table credit here though. I gave this 4/5 stars for the wait time to get in. Even with a reservation it can take about half an hour. I have gotten in there faster but waiting for the food also takes forever and I usually have to hunt down the waiter. Also a great gift shop is there to look around while you wait. Overall I enjoy coming here I would recommend this place to other families as well, just be sure to make a reservation here.
